BLENDED INTENSIVE PROGRAMME

On behalf of The Faculty of Physical Education and Health in Biała Podlaska (Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw) kindly invite students from your university to take part in the Blended Intensive Programme titled Fundamental Motor Skills – Your map to understanding the educational role of modern physical education and sport (ID: 2024-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000197572-1).

The objective of this programme is to enhance understanding of the significance of fundamental motor skills as a foundation for informed, lifelong physical activity. It aims to foster international collaboration, celebrate cultural diversity, and encourage the sharing of expertise within the context of teaching and learning motor skills. Additionally, the programme supports the promotion of physical activity and healthy lifestyles.

Target participants include students of physical education, sport, and individuals engaged in physical activity and health-related fields. The instructional methods consist of lectures, practical workshops, group activities, the world cafe method, and opportunities for mutual learning among participants. The programme structure features four online meetings — three prior to arrival in Poland and one at the conclusion — as well as five days of in-person sessions at the Faculty of Physical Education and Health in Biała Podlaska. Alongside academic components, the programme will offer visits to local attractions and opportunities for group recreation.
